Wellisford Manor Barn is ideal for reunions, and get-togethers. The living room alone is over 80sqm. There is a large kitchen, ideal for cooking up a feast, and with our huge 14-seater dining table, plenty of room for everybody to eat together.
If you want to have a few drinks, you can relax without worrying about driving home. (Please note however, we do not allow loud music, and any damages must be paid for on departure.)
The private walled courtyard garden is ideal for summer parties, the large garden table seats 14, and the 8-seater, top-of-the-range, hot tub is very popular with everybody.
Maid Service can also be arranged, either for the full stay or just to clean through when you leave. The cost is £15.00 per hour and a minimum 2 hours must be booked per visit.
If you are organising a party during your stay we can help with all the arrangements.
We can provide:
- Flower arrangements decorations. These can be themed ie for Valentines, Christmas, Easter etc
- There are 3 different types of catering we can provide:
Thai Banquet, cooked in the barn, served at the table, and cleared away afterwards. Truly delicious.
A local chef will cook meals, and deliver them to you. All you have to do is pop them in the oven and serve.
A fully catered pre-prepared meal, served to you and cleaned away afterwards.
Costs vary depending on the menu, and number of people dining, but start at £25.00 per head for a full meal, and £20.00 per head for party food.

This is also a very economical way of accommodating lots of guests for a wedding, prices are from £25.00 per person per night.
