Please note:

• Prices do vary. There may be an increase in price on special dates such as Christmas, New Year, Mother's Day, Easter, Valentines, Bank Holidays.
• Discounts are available for late bookings, bookings for 2 weeks or more & repeat bookings.
• *Weekly bookings run from Friday. 2 night weekend breaks start on Friday, 3 night breaks weekend breaks start on Friday and 4 night midweek breaks start on Monday. All arrivals are after 3pm and departures before 10am.
• Price includes all bed linen, heating, water, as well as hand and bath towels.
• At the time of booking, we require 25% of the cost of your stay. The balance is then due 6 weeks prior to arrival. The deposit is non refundable.
• We cannot allow pets without prior arrangement.

We recommend:

• Bring extra towels and flip flops for use of the hot tub; warm jumpers in the winter (the barn is heated to 21c but some people find that this is not warm enough) & wellington boots for wet weather.
